About The Position

Sun Life Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers and help deliver patient care at CG WIC in Casa Grande, Arizona. The role involves interacting respectfully with patients, families, and team members; assisting with patient education, preventative care, and follow-ups; administering immunizations and medications; performing lab testing; maintaining accurate documentation and clinic standards; keeping patient rooms, supplies, and equipment ready and safe; and serving as a liaison with providers, specialists, and other offices.

The position is full-time. The listed schedule is Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.; the job details also describe the shift as three 11-hour days and one 7-hour day, with days TBD. Salary is undisclosed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification required; it can be obtained during orientation.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA) preferred; eligible for a pay differential once certified.
• 2–5 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred.
