About The Position

As part of the Redirect Health team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support by: Managing patient appointments and scheduling. Maintaining and updating records in the EMR system. Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care. Assisting providers with clinical tasks to streamline workflows. Creating a positive, confident care experience for our members

Requirements

  • Completion of Medical Assistant Program from an accredited school.
  • 1 Year of Medical Assistant experience, required.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel (preferred).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are highly desired.
