Client Success Advocate exists to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients so they understand, trust, and continue to choose Redirect Health for their employees and families. In this role, you will: • Serve clients, brokers, and internal Customer Success and care teams • Be responsible for client retention, renewal success, and client satisfaction across an assigned book of business • Directly impact the growth and stability of Redirect Health by helping clients and their employees fully understand and use their healthcare benefits This is an ideal role for someone who: • Enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, and proactive client communication • Takes ownership and follows through • Wants their work to have real-world impact
