About The Position

QualDerm Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant for a float position supporting more than 15 clinic locations across Illinois and Indiana. The role requires regular travel between clinics and is not tied to a single office. The Medical Assistant supports patient care and clinical teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, adapting to different clinics, teams, and work settings. QualDerm Partners provides care across dermatology, skin cancer treatment, cosmetics, and plastic surgery.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable traveling regularly between different clinics across Illinois and Indiana.
• Must be able to adapt quickly to new teams and environments.
• Must be flexible, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations by taking vital signs and documenting medical history.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring instruments and supplies are ready.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EHR system.
• Support clinical and administrative functions across locations as needed.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices.
• Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
