About The Position

Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community. This field-based role involves visiting patients in their homes to complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits. The focus is on prevention and building patient relationships, rather than urgent care. You will support seniors and families at home and document visits using modern EMR tools. This is a mobile role with charting responsibilities, offering autonomy, movement, and a clear purpose outside of a traditional clinic setting.

Requirements

• 1+ year Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
• 6+ months primary care or internal medicine
• Comfortable with daily travel to homes
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Experience with AWVs or Well-Child Visits
