About The Position

PMR Healthcare is seeking friendly, experienced medical team members in Bozeman, MT! The private PMR Clinic you will support in this position provides primary and occupational care to the employees and families of one of PMR Healthcare’s clients. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts or rotations, and is closed on holidays. Employees will receive comprehensive site-specific training, ongoing support, and clinical guidance directly from PMR Healthcare to ensure they are well-equipped to provide high-quality care in the clinic setting. Schedule is Monday through Friday (7 AM - 4 PM).

Requirements

1+ years of relevant work experience in Medical Assisting
Computer competency required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self motivated; able to perform duties with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills; able to calmly respond to patient questions/concerns and build relationships

Nice To Haves

Strong phlebotomy and blood-drawing skills and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle inquiries both in person and over the phone.
Professionally answer the phone and emails following PMR policy to schedule patients, follow-up on specialist appointments, or referral inquiries.
Assist providers during examinations; prepare laboratory specimens; perform Point of Care tests; administer and dispense medications; call prescriptions to pharmacies; perform venipunctures, spirometry tests, EKG, and Visual Acuity; etc. as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment; refreshing and preparing exam rooms between visits and following procedures for inventory control.
Complete all documentation required by PMR within the designated EMR.
Maintain all required certification(s).
