About The Position
The Medical Assistant will work at the UW Health Carbone Cancer Center of Rockford. This is a full-time, 100% FTE position on the day shift, Monday through Friday, with shift hours between 0700 and 1800. The position does not require weekend or holiday work. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited associate degree program or Medical Assistant program, or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent, or the highest level of completed degree obtained.
- Computer experience.
- RMA, AAMA, CCMA, or NCCT certification is required upon hire and must be maintained.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required.
