Requirements
- Must be motivated to pursue a career as a Medical Assistant.
- Must be interested in the Medical Assistant Trainee Program.
- Must have a future path in healthcare in the next 2-3 years.
- Must complete 4 weeks of in-person training in La Crosse, WI for foundational learning.
- Must be available for full-time employment (72 hours bi-weekly).
Responsibilities
- Complete paid, hands-on training while completing education through the Penn Foster Medical Assistant Program.
- Transition into a Medical Assistant role upon program completion and certification.
- Work in the department where training is provided.
