About The Position

The Medical Assistant Program Director develops, maintains, and delivers educational services to students. The role creates and maintains the core curriculum, ensures it is delivered, prepares course plans and materials, supervises staff, and oversees the Medical Assistant Program. The director monitors student progress and attendance, provides student advising, and reports grades. The role also ensures continued compliance with federal, state, and institutional accreditation agencies.

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
• Associate degree.
• At least three years of relevant experience in the field.

Nice To Haves

• Medical Assistant instructor experience.
• Five or more years of field experience.

Responsibilities
