About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join their team as a Clinical Research Assistant. This role supports patients through clinical trials in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The position offers a schedule of 3-4 evening shifts per week (6:00 PM - Midnight) with occasional weekend shifts, requiring flexibility to meet study needs. The role involves welcoming and guiding patients, collecting vitals, EKGs, and patient interview data, performing phlebotomy and processing lab specimens, supporting scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance, and partnering with study teams to ensure smooth and on-schedule trial progression.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of medical office experience
• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine patient-first mindset
• Flexibility for evening and occasional weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
