About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join their team as a Clinical Research Assistant. This role supports patients through clinical trials in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The position offers a schedule of 3-4 evening shifts per week from 6:00 PM to Midnight, with occasional weekend shifts, and requires flexibility to meet study needs. Requirements

• High school diploma
• 6+ months of medical office experience
• Flexibility for evening and occasional weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of phlebotomy experience
• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine patient-first mindset
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide patients through their clinical trial visits
• Collect vitals, EKGs, and patient interview data
• Perform phlebotomy and process lab specimens accurately
• Support scheduling, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Partner with study teams to keep trials running smoothly and on schedule
