Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Confident, reliable phlebotomy skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- A knack for juggling competing priorities without missing a beat
Nice To Haves
- advanced degree a plus
- Background in metabolic, endocrine, internal medicine, or related therapeutic areas preferred
- CCRC certification welcomed, though not required
Responsibilities
- Own the participant experience — coordinating visits, assessments, and follow-up appointments with care and precision
- Drive study operations across multiple active clinical trials simultaneously
- Perform venipuncture and process laboratory specimens accurately and safely
- Maintain airtight source documentation and regulatory files in line with GCP and sponsor requirements
- Lead participant recruitment, enrollment, retention, and education efforts
- Identify, document, and report adverse events, safeguarding study quality and participant safety at every step
