About The Position

Revere Health is seeking a certified Medical Assistant/Patient Care Assistant for its urgent care practice in Salem. The role offers an opportunity to work in a respected practice as part of an organization focused on value-based care, improving treatment outcomes, and keeping costs down. The successful candidate will maintain a professional image in the office and in communications, multitask effectively, build positive relationships with patients and staff, and provide outstanding customer service.

The schedule is two days per week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., plus one weekend per month. The clinic is open seven days a week, and workdays vary.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Successful completion of and certification from a Medical Assistant training program or a CNA program at an accredited school.
• Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain it within four months of hire.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent computer, telephone, and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Self-starter and team player; dependable, friendly, kind, approachable, and professional.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently while remaining calm and productive.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image in the office and in all communications.
• Multitask while maintaining positive patient and staff relations.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain CPR certification throughout employment.
