About The Position

Revere Health is seeking a certified Medical Assistant/Patient Care Assistant for its urgent care practice in Salem. The role requires maintaining a professional image in the office and in all communications, multitasking while maintaining positive patient and staff relations, and providing outstanding customer service. The schedule is two days per week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., plus one weekend per month. The practice is open seven days a week, and workdays vary.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Successful completion of and certification from a Medical Assistant training program, or completion of a CNA program from an accredited school.
• Current CPR certification, or obtain certification within four months of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent computer, telephone, and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Self-starter and team player; dependable, friendly, kind, and approachable.
• Professional, able to multitask, and able to work efficiently while remaining calm and productive.
