About The Position

Revere Health is seeking a certified Medical Assistant/Patient Care Assistant for its Urgent Care practice in Salem. The role requires maintaining a professional image in the office and in all communications, multitasking, building good relationships with patients and staff, and providing outstanding customer service. The practice is open seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., including holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Successful completion of and certification from a Medical Assistant training program or CNA program at an accredited school.
• Current CPR certification, or obtain certification within four months of hire and maintain it throughout employment.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent computer, telephone, and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Self-starter and team player; dependable, friendly, kind, approachable, and professional.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently while remaining calm and productive.

Responsibilities
