About The Position

THIS IS AN MA/PSR ROLE. FRONT AND BACK OFFICE EXP REQ. Experience with high-end sales or high-profile clientele strongly preferred. Will chaperone high-profile patients through all aspects of medical care from enrollment, check-in, payment, imaging, provider visit, etc.

Requirements

• 3 years of outpatient clinic experience
• Medical Assistant Diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program
• BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• Flu vaccination (no exemptions/no declinations)
• HS/GED
• Current experience with check in/out/registration
• HMO/PPO Exp
• High volume call handling
• Room turnover
• Venipuncture expertise
• Epic Req
