About The Position

The Medical Assistant or Clinic LPN supports the operation of the Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery clinical practice by performing administrative and clinical tasks. The role assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures. It also coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and helps ensure a positive patient experience.

The position is based in Mason City and is scheduled for 40 hours per week on a weekday day shift.

Requirements

• An active Iowa LPN license, or successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• Medical Assistant certification or registration is preferred before hire and required within one year.
