About The Position

IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Temp Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist (Clinical Research Assistant) to support patient-focused clinical trials for a 6-month period. This role involves collaborating with research teams, supporting patients throughout their clinical trial visits, collecting clinical data, performing phlebotomy, processing laboratory specimens, and assisting with front desk duties such as scheduling and documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma (required)
• 6+ months medical office experience

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support patients throughout clinical trial visits
• Collect clinical data including vitals, EKGs, and patient interviews
• Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory specimens
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory support
• Coordinate with study teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
