About The Position
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Temp Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist (Clinical Research Assistant) to support patient-focused clinical trials. This role involves collaborating with research teams, supporting the front desk, and playing a hands-on role in advancing innovative medical treatments. The position is temporary for 6 months.
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- 6+ months medical office experience
- Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year phlebotomy experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome and support patients throughout clinical trial visits
- Collect clinical data including vitals, EKGs, and patient interviews
- Perform phlebotomy and process laboratory specimens
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and regulatory support
- Coordinate with study teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
