About The Position

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a full-time, dynamic Medical Assistant or LPN to join the Dermatology team at Columbia Tech Center. This role involves rooming patients, collecting patient information, preparing patients for examination, and assisting with the overall delivery of patient care. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work collaboratively as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender-affirming treatment. The ability to work with a diverse patient and colleague population is an essential function of all positions.

Requirements

  • MA: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program required.
  • MA: Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • MA: Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, etc) as required for MA-Certified credential.
  • LPN: Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
  • LPN: Current Washington State LPN license in good standing.
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.
  • Must have reliable and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas.

  • Previous experience in an outpatient medical setting preferred
