About The Position
River Garden is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join their team. This position has dual responsibilities supporting their Medical Clinic and Central Supply departments. This is a great opportunity if you love working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Requirements
- Medical Assistant Certification
- One year of recent experience in a healthcare setting or medical office setting.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Medical team as needed.
- Medical Clinic: Back office and front office duties to include scheduling, administering injections, and performing EKGs.
- Central Supply: Clerical duties to include data entry, ordering, faxing and photocopying information as needed, filing and inventory control.
- Utilizing EMR and Microsoft office products.
