Founded in 1984, International SOS operates in more than 90 countries, delivering healthcare, medical assistance, emergency response, and workforce support services worldwide. As a Medical Appointment Scheduler, also referred to as a Patient Appointment Services (PAS) Clerk, you'll help patients access primary and specialty care through a centralized healthcare call center supporting the Puget Sound area. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate appointments, verify patient eligibility and information, and document interactions in MHS GENESIS while providing professional, responsive customer service.
