About The Position

GraceMed is looking for an experienced and patient-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our team in all of our locations.

GraceMed is a growing medical aesthetics organization offering plastic and cosmetic surgery, aesthetic procedures, hormonal health services, and medical-grade skincare across multiple locations. Our purpose is to help patients realize their true self through exceptional care, innovative treatments, and world-class medical expertise.

As a Medical Aesthetician, you will deliver exceptional patient experiences through expert skincare treatments, personalized treatment planning, and consultative product and service recommendations. You will play an important role in patient education, retention, and long-term skin health outcomes.

Requirements

• A passion for exceptional service delivery with patient outcomes at the forefront of our consultations
• Certification in Medical Aesthetics
• 2+ years experience in a medical spa or luxury, client-focused aesthetic environment
• Experience with laser treatments, IPL, microneedling, facials, and medical-grade skincare
• Strong consultative sales skills with a focus on patient trust and outcomes
• Proven ability to meet KPIs related to service, retail sales, and patient retention

Nice To Haves

• Comfort with EMR/PMS systems and clinic technology an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality medical aesthetic treatments including laser, IPL, microneedling, facials, and other energy-based services
• Provide consultative skincare guidance and recommend medical-grade products tailored to each patient’s needs
• Build strong patient relationships to drive retention, rebooking, and treatment plan adherence
• Achieve service and retail sales targets while maintaining exceptional patient care standards
• Collaborate with the clinic team and Medical Director to support coordinated patient care
• Maintain a professional, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
• Capture consented before-and-after photos to support patient journeys and clinic growth
