Requirements
- Completion of a recognized Aesthetician or Laser Technician program.
- Licensed or certified to perform medical-aesthetic procedures in accordance with provincial regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Knowledge of skincare products, technologies, and treatment safety protocols.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling and client management systems.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a medical aesthetics or spa environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, laser, and other skincare procedures in accordance with training and clinic protocols.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes, client records, and follow-up documentation.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product usage, and ongoing skin maintenance.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, sterilization, and equipment care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
- Assist in promoting skincare products and retail sales to support clinic performance.
- Stay updated on new treatments, technologies, and trends in aesthetics.
- Support clinic operations by preparing rooms and ensuring treatment areas are clean and stocked.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and client-centered culture.
