Requirements

• Current Wisconsin Esthetician License - (REQUIRED)
• Proficiency in skincare and non-surgical cosmetic procedures
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients
• Client education skills regarding skincare practices and post-treatment care
• Collaboration with team members to ensure integrated client care
• Demonstrated skills in sales, customer service and relationship building
• Excellent time-management skills with ability to prioritize among multiple requests
• Accurate record keeping and documentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
• Perform treatments including facials, hydration facials, chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, lash/brow lift & tint, and other skin rejuvenation treatments
• Ensure clients are educated on at-home post-care to maintain results
• Assist with procedures like wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers
• Actively promote aesthetic treatments and retail skincare products; meet or exceed monthly/quarterly treatment and skincare sales goals
• Support clinic success through community outreach, marketing initiatives, and special projects when not serving clients; take ownership of growth opportunities
