About The Position

Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa is seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician to perform clinical, results-oriented aesthetic treatments in a fast-paced, team-oriented medical spa. Treatments include services such as HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, Moxi, and CoolSculpting. The role involves developing treatment plans, recommending and pricing services, building lasting patient relationships, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The aesthetician will also participate in marketing events and seminars.

The company emphasizes sharing best practices, ongoing training, and professional development. The successful candidate will join a team of more than 60 medical and spa professionals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience performing aesthetic treatments.
• Valid esthetics license.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and follow-through.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and improvise.
• Professional manner and commitment to the spa team.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical aesthetic treatments, including HydraFacial, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, Moxi, and CoolSculpting.
• Apply strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Develop meaningful treatment plans and convert prospective patients into paying patients.
• Provide pricing for treatments.
• Develop strong, long-standing relationships with patients in the community.
• Complete accurate charting and clinical documentation for each client.
• Participate in marketing events and seminars.
