About The Position

Elements Massage in Horsham is hiring estheticians to help launch and build its skin care program. The role involves providing customized facials and therapeutic skin care treatments tailored through personalized client consultations, and recommending professional products for clients to use at home. Front desk staff handle scheduling, payments, and operations so estheticians can focus on their work. Requirements

Must be a licensed Pennsylvania esthetician or be within 30 days of licensure.
Client-focused communication skills and ability to work well with clients, management, and teammates.
Open to new graduates and experienced estheticians from varied backgrounds.

Nice To Haves

Spa or facial experience is a plus, but not required.
Experience in beauty, resort spa, or medical spa settings.

Responsibilities
