About The Position

PureSkin Aesthetic & Laser Center is seeking a licensed Aesthetician for a part-time or full-time role. The ideal candidate delivers relaxing, results-oriented facials, understands skin health, and customizes treatments to clients’ needs and concerns. The role includes consulting with clients, recommending treatments and skincare regimens, maintaining client records and treatment spaces, and building a loyal clientele through excellent service and education. Candidates should have a valid North Dakota advanced Aesthetician License and at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with facials, microneedling, and skincare treatments. Experience in a specialty area such as CNA work, permanent makeup, lash extensions, or massage is noted as ideal.

Requirements

• Valid state advanced Aesthetician License in North Dakota.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience performing facials, microneedling, and skincare treatments.
• Passion for skincare and client results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual, professional, and polished appearance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a specialty area such as CNA work, permanent makeup, lash extensions, or massage.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons.
• Maintain detailed client records, before-and-after photos, and treatment plans.
• Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education.
