About The Position

Provide cosmetic dermatology services including facials, laser treatments, and microneedling. Support skincare education across clinics as needed, seeing approximately 7-8 patients per day with 1-hour appointments. This is a high patient interaction role, with 90% patient care and 10% administrative tasks. The practice focuses on quality treatments and patient experience, with a steady, structured schedule and consistent patient flow. The role is benefits eligible and does not require weekend or holiday work.

Requirements

Active Aesthetician License required.
Requires High School Diploma/GED.
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Current IN State License from Indiana Cosmetology Board required.
Two to three years experience as a cosmetologist required.
Requires working knowledge of all aspects of cosmetology and best practices.
Requires excellent communication and people skills.
Requires proven ability to sell products.
Requires high level of physical stamina.

Nice To Haves

Current IN State License from Indiana Cosmetology Board as aesthetician preferred.
Licensed aesthetician preferred.
Strong background in cosmetic dermatology preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform facial skin rejuvenation procedures which may include facials, eyelash and eyebrow enhancement procedures, and make up application.
Educate patients about cosmetic treatments, products and procedures performed.
Develop and promote client relationships building a repeat customer base.
Promote a positive image and contribute to the growth of the practice.
Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of cosmetic treatments, skin care products and procedures that will ensure patient satisfaction.
