At NIVA Health, we’re building a modern wellness experience that blends medical expertise, preventative care, aesthetics, and patient-centered service. We’re looking for an Aesthetician who brings both technical skill and emotional intelligence to the patient experience. This is not a high-volume “turn-and-burn” spa environment. This is a relationship-driven wellness clinic where professionalism, patient trust, education, and elevated service matter. You’ll work closely with providers and clinic teams to help patients feel confident, comfortable, and supported throughout their wellness and aesthetic journey.

Requirements

Licensed Aesthetician / Esthetician (state licensure required)
Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and patient education
Comfortable working closely with providers and clinical teams
Strong communication and relationship-building skills required

Nice To Haves

Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness clinics, med spas, dermatology, or luxury skincare environments preferred
Experience with wellness-focused or preventative health environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments and skincare services
Creating a warm, elevated, and welcoming patient experience
Educating patients on skincare routines, treatment options, and wellness-focused aesthetic services
Building long-term patient relationships through trust, professionalism, and consistent care
Supporting treatment plans and service recommendations in collaboration with providers and clinic leadership
Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and documentation to clinic standards
Contributing to patient retention through exceptional service and follow-up care
Staying current on industry trends, products, and best practices in aesthetics and wellness
Representing the NIVA Health brand with professionalism, positivity, and confidence
