Requirements

  • Diploma in Medical Office Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, EMR systems, faxing, and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, emails, and CRC chats.
  • Schedule appointments, prep charts, scan documents, and manage patient information securely and accurately.
  • Receive and verify pharmacy deliveries, place meds on ice, and ensure nursing staff completes double checks.
  • Help set up patient rooms and ensure equipment is cleaned and ready to go.
  • Monitor fax confirmations and support timely documentation including Adverse Event and incident reports.
  • Place supply orders, prep patient kits, and track inventory to support the clinic’s flow.
  • Handle returns and ensure boxes are coordinated and tracked.
  • Stay current on LMS training, patient hold lists, and reconciliation reports.
