About The Position
The team at East Village Dental located in Calgary, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis. The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively of others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently. Our established and progressive dental practice located in downtown Calgary, is looking for a full-time experienced administrator to join our team. We are proud to provide quality service, and comprehensive dental care to our patients. Our team is committed to a positive and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience is required as a Dental Administrator
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
Nice To Haves
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Max Assist is considered an asset
