About The Position
The team at Bonnyville Dental Clinic located in Bonnyville, Alberta are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis. The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently. The Bonnyville Dental Clinic recently completed a massive renovation/expansion. We now have a lab as well as sixteen (16) operatories to provide quality care to our patients. The Bonnyville Dental Clinic has been serving the community since 1979, providing comprehensive dental care in a welcoming and patient-focused environment. The clinic offers a wide range of services, including preventive, restorative, surgical, implant, and sedation dentistry, with a team dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
Nice To Haves
- 1 year or more of experience as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker
