About The Position

This job posting is a hub for multiple openings for Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA) positions across Mayo Clinic in Arizona. These roles serve as ambassadors of the practice, acting as liaisons to patients, referring physicians, and allied health staff. The primary focus is on providing superior customer service by managing a high volume of telephone calls and facilitating patient access. Successful candidates will need a strong understanding of their specific department's or division's unique characteristics and operations to effectively support the practice. Key responsibilities include managing patient inquiries, accommodating referring physician requests, routing patient concerns, maintaining calendars and schedules, and handling physician mail. During the selection process, candidates may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview. Mayo Clinic will not sponsor or transfer visas for these positions.
