Reporting to the Manager, or Director/designate, Medical Administration, and with joint accountability to VCH Talent Acquisition, the Medical Administration Recruitment Coordinator provides administrative, systems and analytical support to relevant physician/medical staff leaders (Hiring Leads) to facilitate the hiring process for medical staff within the Coastal CoC. The Medical Administration Recruitment Coordinator acts as the main point of contact within the CoC regarding the hiring process; arranges and coordinates interviews; prepares interview guides; and ensures consistent application of related organizational directives such as the Medical Staff Rules and/or the Medical Staff Recruitment SOP. Triages sensitive and confidential information; monitors and tracks performance against relevant KPIs; conducts analysis, and produces high quality reports, correspondence and other materials as requested. Key contacts include Talent Acquisition leadership, Senior Medical Directors, Associate Senior Medical Director, Directors, Medical Administration, Department Heads, Division Heads, and Local Medical Directors.
