About The Position

Within this data driven team, you will play a key role in driving the future of Retail Media Strategy and enabling a deep performance marketing practice to apply to our investments in retailer media. You will be responsible for partnering with Omnichannel Commerce Marketing and eCommerce to elevate some of our key media strategy and operations initiatives in retailer media, and for delivering media execution to key retailers in order to enable improved omnichannel ROI through innovation of their media & data capabilities, as the marketing funnel blurs and first party data, which the retailers have at scale, becomes critical to driving conversion through addressable consumer connections. You will also have exposure with senior management at priority customers, so will need to stay closely connected with their evolving needs, as well as be a strong communicator and influencer, proactively communicating across the broad matrix of stakeholders to drive transformation in this very dynamic space. Since this role will play a critical role in developing the future of how we can partner with retailers in this space, at a time when privacy restrictions are increasing and so retailers are quickly reacting to benefit from their own first party data, an innate curiosity and deep capacity for creative thinking and solution orientation is critical to being successful.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2-5 years of media or marketing experience
  • Proactive problem solver who can define, assess, and solve, and communicate in a clear and concise fashion
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Quick learner
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and build connections with key stakeholders on projects
  • Excellent collaborator
  • Proactive in terms of ideas, problem solving, and building connections
  • Creative thinker who can bring innovation to projects and processes.
  • Must be able to communicate in fluent English, including excellent written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day digital media campaign execution for key customers
  • Become a trusted Retail Media advisor for key customers internally and externally in front of some of PepsiCo’s most important retail partners, influencing capability development and media innovation
  • Analyze performance data to deliver clear, thoughtful recommendations for future campaign optimizations
  • Elevate omni-channel collaboration between Commerce Marketing and brands, working effectively within a matrixed team to deliver a synthesized holistic approach to Retailer Media between the customers you support and beyond
  • Promote and foster a "learning culture" by monitoring latest industry thinking and innovation to inform direction for future strategies/plans
