About The Position

Acadia Broadcasting is seeking a Media Sales Consultant to join their Bridgewater team. This role involves representing local brands including CKBW, Country 100.7, RoundTable, and a new Community Website, Your Southshore. The consultant will help local businesses grow by providing tailored radio and digital advertising solutions, focusing on creative problem-solving and real-world strategy. The position emphasizes building partnerships, maintaining client relationships, creating customized marketing solutions, and managing accounts effectively.

Requirements

• Have a competitive spirit and like seeing your effort turn into real results
• Are comfortable with technology and social media, including platforms like LinkedIn
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

• Experience in marketing, media, and/or digital sales
• Post-secondary education in sales or marketing

Responsibilities

• Finding new business opportunities and building partnerships that support both your clients and the community
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Creating smart, tailored marketing solutions that match each client’s goals (and budget)
• Keeping your accounts organized, including accurate and timely Account Management processes
• Bringing a self-starter mindset, staying on top of details while juggling multiple accounts
