About The Position

The Media Performance Analyst turns complex media and marketing data into insights that inform strategy, investment, and optimization decisions. This hands-on analytical role works with large, imperfect datasets and evaluates performance across channels, campaigns, markets, audiences, and time periods, connecting media investment to available business outcomes such as leads, appointments, conversions, sales, and revenue. Working with media planning, investment, measurement, Strategy, Activation, and client teams, the analyst identifies performance trends, drivers, anomalies, and opportunities, then translates findings into clear business implications and recommended actions. The role also develops and maintains reports, dashboards, visualizations, and repeatable or automated analytical workflows to improve the efficiency, consistency, and usability of performance analysis and decision-making. AI-assisted and other analytical tools may be used, with appropriate validation, accuracy, judgment, and data privacy safeguards. The engagement is remote within the United States, with availability during Eastern Time hours. It is a 1–2 month contract, with a possibility of extension, and is expected to require 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility to increase to 30 hours as needed. The stated rate is $68–$78 per hour.
