Living on the Edge with Chip IngramJohns Creek, GA
Onsite

About The Position

Every day, Living on the Edge reaches Christians across the globe with the life-changing truth of God's Word through podcasts, YouTube, streaming platforms, digital distribution, and radio. Behind every piece of content is a team ensuring the message goes out with excellence, clarity, and consistency. We're looking for a Media Operations Manager who wants their daily work to be an act of worship: someone who thrives on operational precision, loves leading people, and is passionate about seeing Scripture-driven teaching reach as many lives as possible across every platform. This isn't just a media operations role. It's a ministry calling for someone who wants ordinary tasks, like podcast feeds, video releases, platform analytics, translation workflows, and broadcast schedules, to carry eternal weight, fueling our vision of a global movement of authentic disciples and our mission of equipping Romans 12 disciple-makers. As Living on the Edge's media strategy evolves, this role will help shape how we distribute content and engage audiences across emerging platforms. We're hiring operational capability for the future, not just the present.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media operations, content distribution, or multi-platform media management
  • 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • Proven project management and vendor relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Kingdom-minded relationship-building skills and experience
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Solid theological grounding and belief in the Bible
  • Full alignment with Living on the Edge's Statement of Faith, Vision, Mission, and organizational values
  • Willingness to embrace Living on the Edge's employee values: Live it out, Own your stuff, Think team, Everybody matters & everything belongs to God.
