About The Position

Locality is looking for a Media Mix & Agentic Planning Specialist who is forward-thinking, tech-savvy, and passionate about the future of media planning. This role blends foundational media planning execution with exposure to emerging capabilities in AI, automation, and omnichannel strategy. In the near term, this individual will support campaign planning and execution across Locality’s current product suite. Over time, they will play a key role in helping shape how planning evolves, contributing to media mix strategy development, exploring new tools and technologies, and helping define next-generation, agentic planning workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business, data analytics, or a related field preferred
  • Internship or 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and how technology is transforming media and advertising
  • Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights
  • Passion for problem-solving and defining new approaches in ambiguous or evolving environments
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on process and execution
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms, data tools, and learning new systems quickly
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Creative thinker who is willing to challenge norms and think outside the box
  • Self-starter with a sense of ownership and a desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, urgency, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of media plans across streaming TV, digital video, audio, display, and mobile channels
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Client Success Managers to build strategic, data-driven proposals
  • Evaluate client goals and KPIs to help inform campaign strategy and channel mix
  • Help design and implement repeatable frameworks through data driven AI analysis and creation methodologies to implement next-generation campaign strategy and media mix modeling
  • Assist in gathering inventory forecasts and inputting campaign data into planning and order management systems while also helping define how agentic technologies can add expertise and automation to this process
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in plan delivery, campaign setup, and ongoing updates
  • Leverage data to identify insights and help tell a clear, compelling story around campaign strategy and performance
  • Contribute to the exploration and adoption of new planning tools, including AI-driven and automation-based solutions
  • Support early-stage development of media mix planning approaches and frameworks
  • Help document and improve planning processes, workflows, and best practices to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Stay informed on industry trends, particularly around AI, automation, and omnichannel media planning
  • Identify opportunities to think creatively and improve how planning is executed, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the team
  • Maintain proficiency in Locality systems and tools, including planning platforms, DSPs, and CRM systems
