About The Position

Podean is a leading marketplace agency helping brands accelerate growth across Amazon, CitrusAds, Criteo, TikTok Shop, and other digital commerce platforms. We combine strategic expertise, data-driven insights, and creative innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients. Podean is seeking an experienced Media Manager who will be instrumental in the success of Amazon and other marketplace media campaigns. This role requires the ability to set-up, optimise and analyse media activity and manage sophisticated and complex campaigns. The successful individual will have a passion for guiding their client’s ecommerce media campaigns to success. Your focus will be on leading the day-to-day management & optimisation of marketplace campaigns and work across your book of business to unlock opportunities for growth, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of paid search or media buying experience, ideally within an agency setting
  • Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to lead conversations, build relationships, and inspire confidence
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of delivering actionable insights and measurable results
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation; familiarity with macros is a plus)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Apply analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and maximize performance.
  • Provide proactive coaching, task management, and timeline requirements to specialists, fostering growth and functional expertise.
  • Take ownership of performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to support team development.
  • Engage in daily communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and success across campaigns.
  • Be a key point of contact for clients, third-party vendors, and internal departments on all things marketplace media and paid search.
  • Develop and execute marketplace media strategies, including strategic roadmaps, and test plans.
  • Translate client objectives into campaign strategies and tactics, unlocking value and efficiency in campaign execution.
  • Take on more intricate projects and manage high-profile client accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advertising best practices to enhance strategy development.
  • Build a strong understanding of media planning and campaign management, and independently manage campaign budgets.
  • Analyse campaign performance data and conduct research to deliver actionable insights & data-driven recommendations to clients.
  • Apply analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimise campaigns and maximise performance.
  • Oversee the execution of media campaigns to ensure they meet performance targets and client expectations.
  • Work closely with other teams to support campaign success and foster a collaborative work environment.
