About The Position

Fabletics is looking for a Media Manager, Paid Social. Fabletics is known for high-performance, fashion-forward activewear for everyone and every body—at an accessible price. We are leading the charge in the world activewear and digital marketing. We are at the cutting edge of modern marketing and a key strategic partner for platforms like TikTok and Meta. You’ll learn from the best and work closely with our partners to master paid media. You’ll be in charge of deploying millions of dollars to help our brand grow. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for growing and optimizing digital marketing and customer acquisition programs to drive new subscriber growth across a variety of different channels. You will be responsible for our paid social channels including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok as well as be the cross-functional partner to our in-house creative department and external vendors for production and asset requests. We have a lean team and this candidate will need to be able to get in the weeds to drive work forward and have a high output. This position will report to the Director of Paid Social.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience – prior media experience a plus
  • Degree in quantitative field preferred
  • Strong excel skills
  • An interest in demand generation/customer acquisition
  • Must possess curiosity, integrity, self-motivation, and a high level of attention to detail
  • Outstanding written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of marketing platforms, attribution, and site analytics
  • Interested in translating data into actionable insights
  • Willing to commute to El Segundo 3 days/week

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social media execution across all major social media channels: Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat and other emerging platforms
  • Work closely with creative teams to inform and request creative concepts and iterations
  • Understand and contribute to the optimization of all aspects of the customer acquisition funnel
  • Build relationships with key media partners, including Facebook, Tiktok and Snapchat as well as agency partners
  • Work closely with Ad Tech partners, to develop advanced automation and optimization solutions
  • Manage testing on a constantly growing pool of variables including offers, copy, creative, ad formats, landing pages, etc. across all paid social channels
  • Track and analyze metrics to evaluate and improve the performance of campaigns
  • Recognize and identify trends in real-time to leverage for performance
  • Occasionally work flexible hours including weekends, to adapt to the real-time nature of social media
