About The Position

NEW ERA Digital Marketing helps painting contractors across the U.S. and Canada grow through paid advertising. This role is for a Paid Social Media Buyer — Meta Lead Gen & Creative Strategy who can manage Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns, improve campaign performance, think through creative angles, protect lead quality, and communicate clearly with the team. The role requires understanding campaign setup, lead forms, creative testing, optimization, reporting, and post-lead processes. The mission is to help NEW ERA deliver better campaign results for painting contractors by ensuring leads are generated, lead quality is monitored, campaigns are consistently reviewed, creative angles are tested, client feedback is incorporated, changes are documented, and updates are clear. The goal is to make the paid ads side of the business cleaner, sharper, and more reliable.

Requirements

  • Experience running Meta/Facebook lead-generation campaigns
  • Understanding of Facebook lead forms and how form quality affects lead quality
  • Ability to explain what is checked when a campaign is underperforming
  • Understanding that low CPL is not always the final answer
  • Ability to think through booked appointments, lead quality, client feedback, and creative fatigue
  • Ability to create or suggest new concepts, hooks, angles, offers, and ad copy ideas
  • Ability to work with creative assets and give useful feedback
  • Ability to document changes clearly
  • Ability to send clear Loom or written updates
  • Organization and consistency
  • Ability to take feedback without ego
  • Desire for long-term work with a focused agency

Responsibilities

  • Creating, launching, and managing Meta ad campaigns
  • Setting up Facebook lead forms
  • Reviewing campaign performance
  • Optimizing ads based on data, lead quality, and client feedback
  • Testing new ad creatives, hooks, angles, and copy
  • Reviewing CTR, link CTR, CPM, CPL, booked appointments, and lead quality
  • Helping identify why campaigns are underperforming
  • Documenting campaign changes and test results
  • Sending or preparing weekly/biweekly Loom updates
  • Communicating campaign issues, ideas, and next actions clearly
  • Working with the creative team to request or improve ad assets
  • Helping maintain campaign logs, reports, and optimization notes
