About The Position

Gorilla Mind (gorillamind.com) is a rapidly growing Fitness & Health supplements brand focused on pre-workout, post-workout, protein, nootropics, energy drinks, and other lifestyle products that help individuals optimize mental and physical performance. We are seeking a Media and Growth Marketing Manager to optimize Gorilla Mind's paid media programs across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, and emerging platforms. This role drives day-to-day campaign performance, coordinates with agency partners, and builds the measurement infrastructure that informs strategic growth decisions. Working closely with the Director of Growth Strategy, this position translates strategic direction into tactical execution while surfacing insights that shape investment decisions. The role combines hands-on platform expertise with analytical rigor to maximize marketing efficiency and incremental growth.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon advertising platforms.
  • Expert-level understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio, with ability to build custom dashboards and performance reports.
  • Experience with data centralization tools such as Triple Whale, BigQuery, or similar BI platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel budgets, track pacing, and communicate spend rationale to leadership.
  • Strong understanding of incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Self-directed with strong project management skills and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional travel – May require attending conferences, team meetings, or industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Amazon, Reddit, and emerging platforms, managing daily performance against established targets.
  • Monitor budget pacing across all channels and implement tactical adjustments to maximize efficiency within allocations.
  • Identify and act on optimization opportunities including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative rotations within established strategic parameters.
  • Manage platform-level testing programs including audience experiments, bidding strategies, and creative variations per the approved testing roadmap.
  • Execute incrementality tests to measure true contribution of paid media to net new customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Document test results, synthesize learnings, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as primary operational point of contact for media agency partners, coordinating on budget execution, asset delivery, and campaign timelines.
  • Ensure agency deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines; track performance against SLAs.
  • Design and maintain custom GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards that translate complex metrics into clear, high-level performance stories for executive leadership.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable recommendations tied to CAC, ROAS, LTV, and incremental growth metrics.
  • Support data unification efforts using Triple Whale, BigQuery, and related BI tools, particularly from an e-commerce optimization perspective.
  • Provide platform-level insights and recommendations to inform budget allocation decisions.
  • Contribute data and analysis to agency evaluations and partner assessments
  • Support development of testing roadmaps and learning agendas in partnership
  • Inform quarterly planning with performance trends, competitive observations, and channel-level recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Creative team on asset development, testing priorities, and performance feedback loops to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
  • Partner with CRM team to align paid media acquisition with lifecycle marketing touchpoints and retention strategies.
  • Support product launches with campaign execution per go-to-market strategy established by cross-functional leadership.
  • Surface agency performance issues and strategic concerns to Director of Growth Strategy for escalation and resolution.
