About The Position

V2 Strategic Advisors is a boutique management and technology consulting firm with over 20 years of experience transforming media and advertising sales organizations. They work with global and high-growth organizations, offering a blend of management consulting, data, analytics, AI, and systems integration, utilizing platforms like Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, HubSpot, and AI platforms such as Claude and Gemini. V2 is expanding its offerings to media and ad sales clients and is scaling its multi-channel marketing engine. They are seeking a Media & Ad Sales Marketing Manager to join their team. This role will work directly with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and SVP of Alliances & Business Development to shape V2's market presence across various channels, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, and industry conferences. The position requires a combination of creative and analytical skills, with a focus on data, content, lead generation, and brand building.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills across various formats.
  • Ability to take end-to-end program ownership from kickoff to completion.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, learn, and optimize campaigns using data.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services marketing, understanding B2B, relationship-driven sales cycles, and long-form brand building.
  • Alignment with company values: transparency, accountability, and integrity.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a startup mentality.
  • Fluency in media and ad sales, with experience in or around the advertising ecosystem being a strong differentiator.
  • Independent creative production skills (writing, design, content production).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub (required).
  • Proficiency with AI platforms like Claude, Gemini, or similar for daily productivity (required).

Responsibilities

  • Own the HubSpot ecosystem, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, pipelines, segmentation, and data integrity.
  • Help build and scale a flagship thought leadership vehicle, covering content strategy, production coordination, audience development, and event programming.
  • Write, edit, and shape content to position V2 as a leading voice in ad sales transformation, collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Manage the V2 digital footprint, including site performance, SEO/AEO, UX improvements, and ensuring the online presence is sharp, current, and on-brand.
  • Develop and execute a consistent content calendar across LinkedIn and other social media channels to build V2's voice and community.
  • Design, build, and optimize email programs for prospect nurturing, client engagement, and thought leadership amplification.
  • Generate KPI metrics, dashboards, reports, and insights that link marketing activities to business outcomes.
  • Coordinate logistics, speaking engagements, sponsorships, and overall presence at major industry events in the ad sales, media, and technology sectors.
  • Support the development and execution of an integrated lead generation strategy across content, digital, events, and outbound campaigns.
  • Partner with the SVP of Alliances & Business Development to support co-marketing and alliance activities with platform partners like Salesforce, Databricks, and HubSpot.
