Responsibilities

  • Ensures excellent daily customer service on their assigned accounts.
  • Develops strong business relationships with agency partners.
  • Develops original multimedia campaigns in synergy with brand strategies.
  • Plans, develops and presents integrated media recommendations.
  • Proposes and applies effective solutions in problematic situations with partners, the client or relating to campaigns.
  • Takes a hands-on approach with clients, establishing a culture of media performance that familiarizes customers with the tools and research available to the agency.
  • Generates organic revenue in collaboration with managers, and contributes to value proposition of campaigns.
  • Ensures the implementation of project plans, timelines, costs and delivery (performance) of projects.
  • Masters the management of clients' budgets, both from a billing / BCR perspective and works in collaboration with supervisors for Cognos forecasting management.
  • Ensures adequate follow-ups for the smooth running of the campaigns (performance reporting, material monitoring and management and other special projects / sponsorships, monitoring and approval of invoices / BCRs / contracts).
  • Accompany his / her Assistant Strategists in the realization and coordination campaigns.
  • Collaborates with his / her superiors in the periodic evaluation of the Assistant Strategists under his / her responsibility.
  • Monitor trends, issues, opportunities and best practices in the market, and use them for their own recommendations to their clients or superiors.
