About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents in its communities. The role assists with medication administration and resident medication programs, while also helping older adults with appointments, pharmacy needs, and daily living activities. Atria provides on-the-job and additional paid training, along with opportunities for career growth and advancement. The stated wage range is $19.00–$22.80 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Meet the state-minimum requirements for experience, certification, and/or license; no additional experience is required.
• Have Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR certifications if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist older adults with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with team members in support of residents.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
