About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents in a senior living community. The role assists with medication administration and medication program documentation, and helps older adults with appointments, pharmacy needs, and daily living activities. Atria provides on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth and advancement. Required certifications depend on state requirements. The stated wage range is $16.00 to $19.20 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

• Meet state-minimum requirements for experience, certification, and/or license.
• Hold Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR certifications if required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist older adults with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Work ethically and cooperatively with other team members in support of residents.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
