About The Position

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. In a senior living setting, the Med Tech assists with medication administration and documentation, supports residents with activities of daily living, monitors vital signs as instructed, communicates with team members, residents, and families, and provides excellent customer service.

Part-time or PRN positions are available on all shifts, with weekend availability required. A full-time position is available for the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift. Pay is $17–$19 per hour, based on experience and certification. The posting offers a $1.00 overnight shift differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for part-time or full-time certified Med Techs hired between September 15 and October 31, 2026. The bonus is paid in installments: $250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days, and $500 after one year. DailyPay is also offered, allowing associates to access pay on demand.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Medication Tech Certification (preferred).
• Weekend availability is required for part-time or PRN positions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
