About The Position

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Med Tech (RMA) to support residents in its senior living communities. The role assists with medication administration and medication program documentation, while helping older adults with appointments, pharmacy needs, and daily living activities. Team members receive on-the-job training and may find opportunities for career growth and advancement.

The position requires the state-minimum experience, certification, and/or license requirements; no additional experience is required. Certified Medication Aide, First Aid, and/or CPR certifications are required if required by the state. The posted wage range is $19.00–$22.80 per hour, depending on prior work history and experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including medication distribution, ordering and reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist older adults with doctor’s appointments, pharmacies, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with team members in support of residents.
• Participate in on-the-job training and pursue opportunities for career growth and advancement.
